The project will develop new modes of training processes, exploiting state of the art technology, enabling the industry to comply with EU standards at low costs in a safe work environment.

Project aims: The specific aim of the project is to develop a training concept, which can provide the participants with knowledge and training on how to safely build, maintain, sell and buy industrial electrical machinery. People working with the industrial electrical machinery will be better equipped to handle situations regarding safety issues. Both the employees operating the machine and the company as a whole will be involved. Personal injuries of not handling the machine properly and accidents caused by malfunctions in the machines will be reduced drastically and further make sure that the workplace will be a safer place as a whole. A significant side effect of the project will be reduced downtime of the machines and therefore a more productive and sustainable work environment. The project will target both constructors of electrical industrial machinery and the operators of industrial electrical machinery. In this way there no one is left out of the human chain that deals with industrial electrical machinery on a regular basis. The project will also produce a number of people qualified to teach the training to others when the project ends. The will be a constant teaching of new trainers, that will ensure the capability to teach others through the learning system.
